I was met with an air of professionalism and this continued throughout the stay. I need support with an issue regarding the hot water. This was responded to and resolved within 15 minutes.
The standard of cleanliness is exceptional and you could eat off the floors. The room was clinically clean and the cleaning staff operate meticulous,thoroughly, and courteously.
