ゲストハウスよるよなか

・2回目」宿泊だったこともあり、チェックイン、アウト、荷物預け、キッチン利用等がスムーズでした。 ・MIXドミトリー利用でしたが、今回は下段が空いていたため出入りが楽でした。 ・最寄りバス停「橘町大木戸」も苦労の末に(ついに)乗降とも覚え、その時間に合わせて移動もできたこと。 ・チェックアウトが12時迄なので、加藤珈琲店のモーニングに行って、戻ってからゆっくり支度できたこと。⇒

・ゲストハウスの良くなかった点はほぼなかったので、名古屋市の公共関連であげてみます。 「難読バス停名が多すぎること」海外からの観光客と、バス停名を漢字でもわかり、読める人との意思疎通がほとんど絶望的なことに、少々配慮してみたらいかがでしょうか？ 例「鶴舞公園≒鶴舞駅、鶴舞バス停名」⇒異なる呼び方にした理由はわかるが、いい加減普通の読み方に統一すべきでは？「橘町大木戸」⇒長くて、覚えられず人に聞けませんでした・・、ちなみに近所の人に聞いても本数も少ないのでほぼ知りませんでしたが・・・。「水主町」⇒ありえない読み方で、8回位覚えようとしましたが漢字字体に関連性がないのですぐ忘れます・・。「尾頭橋」⇒う～んん、普通はこうは読めません。「名駅」⇒歴史的背景としては納得。「高岳」⇒う～んん、普通はこうは読めません。等々。

I like how clean and well-maintained the place is. Its location is also nearby a shopping district, so it's really convenient.

It's a bit far from the nearest station.

Everything was generally nice. Spacious room for 3 people. It has kitchen and fridge in case you need to use it. A big common area to chill out in the evening. Shared Bathroom was ok, it had shampoo, conditioner and gel. There's a washing machine you can use at a cheap price. Definitely not a bad choice of accommodation.

The guests could be a bit loud at night, as our room was next to the common area. I would have liked a bit more cleaning up communal areas, we stayed 4 days 3 nights and the bath mats stayed the same, and the kitchen had rests of food in the sink. I understand this depends on the guests as well, if they pick up after themselves or not, they left their shoes in the middle of the door instead of the shoe cabinets. Again, this is more of a guest problem than an accomodation problem. It was a bit far from a metro/train station, if you have many suitcases, something to consider.
