Die Lage war sehr gut - die Strassenbahn hält fast vor der Tür. Der Ausblick war grandios. Der Fahrstuhl ist unabdingbar (6. Stock).
Einige Dinge bedürfen der Erneuerung (Fenster, Fussboden, Dusche)

Spazi ben organizzati nel loro piccolo, comoda la cucina, belli i fornelli a induzione. Stupenda la veranda! Ampia disponibilità di cuscini per dormire e bella l'illuminazione dell'appartamento. Molto disponibile l'host.
Un pochino piccolo e scomodo nella dispozione il bagno. Materassi sfondati, sia quello del letto che quello del divano in veranda. Un po' di trambusto all'inizio perché dopo il check-in non ero stata avvisata sarebbe passato il controllo qualità e mi sono un pochino spaventata quando un estraneo è entrato in casa. Però abbiamo chiarito subito con l'host.

O apartamento é funcional, bem dividido, possui todos eletrodomésticos e itens de cozinha necessários, funcionando perfeitamente. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. De fácil localização e transporte público a apenas 100m de distância. Foram deixados itens de cortesia como: cápsulas de café, açúcar, chá, sabonete, shampoo, hidratante, touca de banho, além de toalhas de banho e de rosto, secador de cabelo. Me senti acolhida e bem-vinda. A televisão é grande, com vários canais e a internet é excelente.
A distância dos pontos turísticos é um pouco maior do que eu esperava, porém não houve problemas para realizar os passeios programados, já que o transporte público é eficiente e bem próximo da hospedagem.
