Perfect

Perfect location, 20-30 minutes walk from Duomo center. The apartment is clean & has everything you need for a short stay. No complains regarding the accommodation 100% recommend. Check in & out is easy. The owner has good communication and responds very well.

Good quiet secure accommodation in Milan.

Warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Property very secure. Good facilities. Beds comfortable and slept very well. A few minute walk to 2 tram routes that go into Milan. 12 minute walk from railway station.

Was not aware that you had to climb a ladder to get to the bed, although very comfortable once you climbed up it.

Decent space to relax, comfortable bed and close to public transport

we were charged tax to stay at €20 for three nights which I thought was a bit expensive especially where other places were a lot cheaper

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The property is about 1.5 miles from the center. After a very long trip to get there it was nice to be in an established neighborhood versus the city center. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and the city center.

There is a restaurant next door and sometimes at night it would get very loud.

Pleasant

Bathroom and the general feel of the apartment was great. Very modern and looks freshly renovated. You dont really have neighbors which is good and the apartment is right by the street. Great Wifi and Netflix is there as well. A lot of kitchen appliances are available. We had to get used to the bed and the ladder but it Was alright in the end.

The person we checked in with, was Not very helpful. On booking.com there was the Info that we could check in from 3pm til 9pm. That was not possible for this person because he had appointments. We arrived earlier and checked in at 2.30 but he asked us to hurry up which is not possible when you have so many traffic lights. Then he showed us the apartment and we payed the rest of the money. After that we never saw him again. We asked for another blanket because one of the beds that had a blanket on it was too small for two grown men, so we needed another blanket. This person read my message but never answered me or did anything. So if we had another problem I dont know, if he would have helped us. The apartment was good but how he treated us was not. In general I think an oven is missing and the couch, which was used as a second bed, is too small for 2 people.

All in all it is a good position, parking was not too complicated to find and the place itsself is nice. The staff was very helpful and met me on the run to give us the key due to a very busy business day!

We were not informed about the fact that the loft is a work in progress situation. It was not comfortable not being able to open the windows of the loft due to the construction site.

Exceptional

Lovely place! Ground floor, but very bright and the area was extremely safe, so I had zero problems and I slept really well because it was quite. There’s a lovely restaurant nearby and big Carrefour just 5 mins away. The flat is very spacious and has everything you need. There were plenty of towels and spare bed sheets. I stayed there for three weeks and I was really happy. There’s also a good transport connection, the metro is a bit far, but honestly I never had to use it, because there were buses and trams. I was staying with my dog and there is a very cute pet shop just one minute away. Would totally recommend this place!

Super diferente a acomodação, bem completa em termos de utensílios domésticos e extremamente espaçosa! Bem localizada, próximo de restaurantes e bares e do centro, pude ir andando para todos os pontos turísticos.

Existe problema na fiação em que você não pode ligar mais de 2 aparelhos e fiquei preocupada com isso. Além disso, existe um macete para ligar o ar condicionado que eu não consegui fazer e fiquei os 3 dias sem ar. A cama era no piso superior e sou sonâmbula, não pude usufruir da cama (que é muito confortável) por medo de cair... Se você tiver problemas com escadas ou estiver com algúem de idade pense nisso.
