location great, right by the beach. really nice place, lovely people, very enjoyable stay. private parking and facilities within walking distance. No breakfast but cafe 5mins walk away.

Location is brilliant - right on the pebble beach. The shared kitchen looked lovely - though we didn't use it other than to keep stuff in the fridge.
It would have been nice if toiletries had been provided in the bathroom.

Location.
It's not clear that you actually only rent a room and you share the common parts with two other rooms - could be another 6 people. All booked in for the time your there.
