By the sea, being able to access the patio from the room. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful hosts.
Internet didn't work on our phones and TV in bedroom affected too, but probably due to weather and didn't really effect our stay.

We loved that this property is right on the beach and we could eat on the huge patio looking out to sea. It was also quiet and peaceful. Rosie was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to answer questions before and during our stay.

Location.
It's not clear that you actually only rent a room and you share the common parts with two other rooms - could be another 6 people. All booked in for the time your there.
