Situé dans la citadelle, à 5 minutes du parking du champ de mars (payant y compris le dimanche), rue commerçante et nombreux restaurants. L’appartement est très bien agencé, atypique, avec tout le nécessaire pour un court ou moyen séjour. Calme.
Le vernis utilisé pour les bois de table et cuisine rend l’ensemble collant.

Très bon emplacement, à l'entrée de la cité Vauban mais au calme et au frais. Proche des transports en commun, des commerces, c'est super.
Le studio nécessite une rénovation, et ses équipements des réparations pour certains, ou un renouvellement pour d'autres.
