Vast 2 room apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people, just minutes from the slopes, whether for your skiing holidays, snowshoeing, hiking ... or simply to breathe the fresh air and sunbathe.

This apartment with a small balcony has a great view, and is located on the 4th floor of a small building on the ramparts in the Vauban city, a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

It has 2 parts:
- 1 living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and open kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, raclette ...)
- 1 bedroom with storage
- 1 bathroom (with washing machine)
- Separate toilet
- West facing 1balcony.

This apartment has been completely renovated.

This place is awesome! Super cute, spacious apartment with amazing views of the valley. Well located in Vauban, close the bus stop and all the restaurants. The place is super well stocked and feels like a real home, which is hard to find in shorter term rentals. We spent a month here and wish we could have booked for two!

Amazing communication from our host and smooth check in and out process. I couldn't recommend this room and location enough. Lovely spacious clean apartment with great views of Briançon. Appartment had everything you needed, kitchen was a dream and Agnés was very helpful. Well-placed to access the surrounding ski touring areas. We stayed a month and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

In the old town, perched on the town wall with a great view of the whole valley. With a car the daily skiing wasn’t a problem. Had a great time there, I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The flat has everything you need - comprehensive kitchen equipment; good internet; nice and warm; good shower; great views; bags of character; restaurant choices on your door step. It worked well for our family, our daughters sleeping on the sofa bed. For skiing; the Prorel lift is a 5 minute drive away, parking was quite easy and cheap, even though it was half term.

Stayed in this apartment for a week early February. It was spotlessly clean, warm, bright and well equipped. Both Agnes and Sofi (who met us on arrival) were very helpful. As someone said in a previous review, don't be put off by the communal area as the apartment on the fourth floor is lovely, as is the surrounding area in the old Vauban, and much quieter than the town centre where we stayed previously. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant place, clean and very stylish. Much better than skiing apartments we have stayed in before which seem run down and small most of the time. This was spacious with all the equipment needed to cook meals at home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and free parking was nearby.

We have stayed in Briançon many times over the years. Normally we stay in hotels and this was our first staying in an apartment. We were very pleased we did. Agnès, the property owner was very pleasant and easy to contact as were her agents who handed over keys, checked us out. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town. So many fantastic restaurants close by - le gavroche, l'etage, chez maria and so on - all fantastic. The apartment is bright and spacious. As with many properties in France the communal staircase isn't great - ignore this. What matters is the wonderful apartment through the door. Large, open plan living, kitchen, dining area. A good bedroom with great views and a balcony and an excellent hot shower room. All tastefully decorated. Apartment was warm too - great in February. We loved our stay and will return. We have just finished our 23 day vacation staying in this beautifully appointed and spacious apartment in the historical old town of Briancon. The apartment was spotlessly clean, filled with sunlight for most of the day and with spectacular views from the bedroom and lounge over the town and ski slopes of Briancon. Our host Agnes responded within hours to our emails and we were met at the apartment by M.Simonez who gave us loads of local advice and was also available in case we encountered any problems during our stay (which we did not!). Back home now, missing Briancon already!

We had an amazing week staying in Briancon. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous-beautiful wood floors, very well equipped and lovely and warm! There are stunning views of the mountains from the bedroom and kitchen and it was lovely and quiet in the appartment. The old town is fascinating-such an interesting area to explore. We visited in January and spent the week ski-in in different resorts that are close by. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful spacious apartment, in a perfect location. We were met by M. Simonet who looks after the apartment who gave us a very warm welcome and introduced us to the local area. The apartment is in the old walled city of Briancon, with amazing views of the rest of the town and mountains. We spent 6 days in town skiing at Serre Chevalier and exploring. We had a great couple of days, the apartment is warm, spacious, and clean and I cannot thank the owner enough. She was both lovely and helpful when we had questions and were delayed on our journey in from London! Would happily stay again!

My husband, our 3-year old son and I stayed for a whole week in this great appartment in the old part of Briançon, Vauban. The owner and her friend bringing the key were very helpful and kind to us. It was all very calm and nice and there were plenty of nice things to do. Since we had alot of snow during our stay the area turned into this really cosy winter landscape. There are plenty of good restaurants close by but we mostly preferred preparing our meals in the appartment since it is very well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to come here next time we visit Briançon if we are lucky enough to get accomodation. Thank you again Agnès for a lovely stay!

On s'approprie rapidement ce logement chaleureux et spacieux dont l'agencement, la décoration et les équipements sont impeccables et complets. Appartement en hauteur, parfaitement rénové, aménagé avec gout et équipé avec générosité. Une situation idéale avec vue dominante, de la lumière tard le soir et peu ou pas de nuisances sonores, côté Place d'Armes. Un léger bémol, avec la bétonisation du premier rang des remparts, autrefois herbeux, et l'installation à 50 mètres d'une terrasse de café. Mais Agnès n'est pas responsable des aménagements de la mairie et il fait froid le soir à Briançon. C'est une location que je recommande vivement.

Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Tout était très bien. Le seul point un peu difficile à été le stationnement. Cependant, nous avons toujours pu trouver de la place à des distances raisonnables. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

L'appartement est vraiment très grand pour un T2 et de plus très bien équipé, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine , du salon de la salle de bains, etc. Il a été refait à neuf récemment et il a un cachet indéniable. On peut bénéficier d'une superbe vue depuis le balcon de la chambre car il est situé le long des remparts de la vieille ville historique qui surplombent la plus récente. Ambiance authentique garantie ! C'est aussi un endroit très tranquille, sans bruits parasites. J'y suis resté seul en été, mais je pense qu'il peut très bien convenir à un couple avec enfant(s) quelle que soit la saison puisqu'il y a un canapé-lit d'appoint. Il y a de nombreuses randonnées à effectuer aux alentours de la ville, sans compter les déambulations dans la vieille ville. Par ailleurs la propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible quant aux problèmes liés à votre arrivée. Je recommande donc vivement cette location.

Le logement est confortable et agréable. Nous avons été déçu par l'accueil, personne pour nous recevoir à l'arrivée ni au départ pour faire l'état des lieux malgré de nombreux messages et appels téléphoniques. Ce problème de communication existe apparemment également entre la propriétaire et la personne qui reçoit.

Un bel appartement qui vous accueille chaleureusement après des journées de ski grâce à une pièce de vie spacieuse, aérée, très confortable, un vrai parquet en bois, des plantes en pleine santé qui aspirent au bien-être, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, une chambre reposante avec vue sur les montagnes. Endroit dans lequel on se sent très vite comme chez soi ce qui rend les vacances encore plus belles. L'accueil à l'arrivée dans le logement est particulièrement attentionné et sympathique. Les échanges avec avec la propriétaire révèlent une véritable volonté de faire partager un lieu dans lequel le séjour ne peut être que très réussi. Grand merci mesdames!

Ai passé trois semaines dans cet appartement pour lequel je n’ai que des commentaires positifs: propreté impeccable,décoration charmante, cuisine très bien équipée et literie très confortable. De plus, localisation parfaite pour profiter de Briançon (à la fois le charme de la Cité Vauban et en même temps une vue dégagée vraiment extraordinaire); plusieurs restos tout près, et petite épicerie sur la Grande Gargouille très pratique. Et finalement, gentillesse et efficacité lors des échanges courriels avec Mme Creuzenet, et excellent accueil sur place pour la remise des clés. Bref, j’espère pouvoir y revenir pour un autre séjour! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt Vauban im 4. Stock eines Hauses. Aus den Fenstern der Wohnung kann man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Briancon und die umliegenden Täler genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und großzügig eingerichtet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung, was für Leute wie uns mit radsportlchen Ambitionen besonders vorteilhaft war. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
