Spacious and warm apartment in the hypercentre of Briançon. Ideal for families, friends or couples.
Very good exposure with a view of the Briançon forts and the city. The building has private access to the gondola via a gate. A ski locker is also at your disposal.
Ideally located, you don't need your car to access the slopes and lifts of the Briançon Valley - Serre Chevalier. The gaming casino is around the corner. The ESF and the ski/snowboard/sledge equipment stores are located on the first floor of the building.
The accommodations are located on the 4th floor of a quiet building with 4 apartments on the landing and a lift.
It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen as follows:
- 1 refrigerator
- 1 induction hob 2 burners with pots and pans
- 2 coffee machines (capsules and filters) and 1 kettle
- 1 oven
- 1 microwave
- kitchen utensils and table sets
The apartment has a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, a closed mountain area with 2 bunk beds and a modern bathroom with washing machine.
Storage space is available for travellers.
Games, household products, a high chair, a cot, a raclette machine, are also at your disposal.
