Covers the basics at a competitive rate. Easy self check-in and checkout. Clean room and bathroom. Enough private and public space to spread out.
Wouldn’t recommend our specific room to someone sensitive to cigarette smoke. Room is nonsmoking but the window opens up to a back patio allowing smoke in from outside. Room might get a little hot with the window closed for someone with privacy concerns.

Well located close to the main attractions in Belém, tram stop right next door, good options to eat and drink nearby, comfy bed, easy self check-in
It is basically an apartment transformed into a guesthouse, but it urgently needs some renovation. There is also a lot of accumulated humidity, which may surprise travelers not used to older Portuguese houses. For the price, I would expect better quality.
Also, the room was facing an inside patio and the window was placed so low that I didn't feel safe to leave it open during the night. Anyone could just step into the room from the patio... This should be in the room description.
