Całość na wielki plus. Mieszkanie w fajnej lokalizacji, czyste, zadbane, wszystko tak jak w ofercie.
Jedynie zapach z rur odpływowych - stęchlizna ale to zrozumiałe bo kamienica nie jest nowa.

Very confortable bed in the bedroom. You can sleep very well because it is very quiet. The apartment is in a green area, with fresh air, close to two rivers. The apartment has all it needs for a confortable stay. There are also nice cats in the garden.
It is a little difficult to air the bathroom. As a recommandation, it will be good to have mosquito nets especially in the summer when there are many insects outside.

Kompletnie wyposażony apartament z klimatyzacją, pralko-suszarkę oraz aneks kuchenny z mikrofalówką i płytą indukcyjną. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i odbiór kluczy.
Apartament położony na parterze kamiennicy. W czasie pobytu kaloryferu już nie grzały, a klimatyzator umieszczony z salonie z aneksem nie dość dobrze ogrzewał sypialnie. Jednak największym problemem związanym z lokalizacją apartamentu był zapach typowy dla starego budownictwa oraz wydobywający się z kanalizacji prysznica.

Bardzo wygodny apartament w cichej okolicy. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, by komfortowo spędzić czas. Czysta i duża łazienka, wygodne łóżko w sypialni i rozkładana kanapa w salonie. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Okolica mieszkania to pełen przekrój przez warstwy społeczne i stan budownictwa Krakowa, jednak nie ma poczucia niebezpieczeństwa.
