Hotel provided a good base for our holiday

Ideal location for base to tour the Island independently The Staff were excellent & the receptionists were always very helpful & in particular one evening they came & informed me that I had left the lights on my hire car & even went & turned them off for me !

Parking was a bit difficult at times Good variety of food at breakfast & Dinner but some dishes could have been warmer

Was acceptable but we are unlikely to return.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Nice view.

Very basic. Cheap construction, fittings, furniture. Toilet / bathroom area too small. Occasional smell of sewers masked by room perfume. Noisy - from both aircraft and neighbouring rooms. Parking too limited and difficult.

Brilliant views

Superb view, very comfy bed. Beach under the hotel was great (I bet it gets busy during the season though). Very friendly staff. Hotel provides a change room even post checkout, if you need to get that sunbathing sesh before the flight.

People with poor sleep will probably mind the landing planes. We actually considered it a plus as there's a wonderful plane spotting spot on the water just at the end of the runway. Coffee. While the food is great, Greece has not yet figured out how to make a decent cup :)

Amazing would recommend!

Beautiful view, nice and well kept/ clean rooms. Staff were incredibly helpful in supporting me set up an amazing Birthday for my partner. This made it a truly memorable day and wouldn’t have been possible without their help. Very grateful and impressed with the service and support!

The hotel does have a few positives — a beautiful sea view, a private beach with loungers, and free SUP boards. However,

The first thing worth mentioning is the absolutely incredible sea view. It’s clear that the hotel is fairly new and well maintained. I was also pleased to find a bus stop right outside the hotel, as well as a couple of places nearby where you can rent a car. Another great advantage is the private beach with sun loungers, and the biggest bonus is the free SUP boards, which are available anytime.

Speaking about the downsides, the hotel itself feels rather quiet and there is not much to do. I noticed there were morning yoga sessions and occasionally some live music in the evenings, but overall entertainment is quite limited. As for the location, it is not the best — there is nowhere to walk nearby, and to reach any café you need to walk along the road, which often doesn’t even have a sidewalk, and that is not very pleasant. I would have preferred an elevator down to the beach, since going up and down on foot all the time is not ideal. It would also be nice if the dining area had an “outdoor option” so guests could eat and sit outside, and for those who smoke. The food selection is not very large and the quality is not always the best, but you are unlikely to go hungry. A major downside for me was the lack of even basic bottled water included in the stay. It was a very unpleasant surprise: not only is the hotel already quite expensive and I had to pay extra for something so essential, but I also wasn’t allowed to bring water from the supermarket to the pool area — to drink there, you have to buy it at the hotel bar. And if you get thirsty at night, when both the shop and the bar are closed, you will simply be left without water, as the staff won’t be able to help. Finally, the beach itself is not the most enjoyable — it is very rocky and not particularly well maintained.

A great comfortable hotel near the airport

It’s a nice modern hotel with great comfortable clean facilities and friendly staff. Located very close to the airport which is handy for return flights. Our room faced the beach and had a balcony, which was nice.

Amazing hotel to relax with breathtaking views

Clean, spacious modern rooms with spectacular views

Drinks at the pool bar were over priced. Too far from town and activities and you definitely need a car if you want to see the prettier parts of the island Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM but setup isn’t completed till much later. I had to grab a quick bite before my early morning activity and didn’t get to eat anything other than yogurt because they were very slow in setting up

not worth it

The property is quite new and just in front of the sea. The room is of standard size (not too big but acceptable), with a nice small terrace and a beautiful sea view. This concludes the pros of this hotel.

There is a very small (rocky) beach attached to the property. But it was too small to accommodate all the guests. Also, the toilet drain of the whole hotel goes (unfiltered?!) into the water just there!!! So, I highly recommend avoiding swimming on the hotel beach. Similarly, the hotel swimming pool is not sufficiently cleaned. I recommend avoiding it too...(i got there an Escherichia coli infection). The neighborhood was very boring. There is a useful small market and mostly nothing else. I would recommend renting a car so that you can ride to a nice beach in half an hour. But keep in mind that parking lots are limited, and it is common to struggle to find parking. Breakfast was fine but some key items were missing (eg scrambled eggs and ham). The dinner buffet had limited options, and the quality was far below expectations. After a couple of days, we got bored of getting mostly the same food. Sometimes we went outside for meals without finding much better options. The staff was kind but not very efficient. Rooms were not cleaned well. (one day per week, the cleaning was not done at all. Surprisingly, this seems a normal practice for them...unbelievable???!!!)) In short, it is not worth it at all.

The staffs were exceptional, they were happy to be there to make our stay enjoyable. Very friendly, kind, and warm. From the receptionists to the pool attendants, to the kitchen staffs, to the maintenance/cleaning crew, everyone was wonderful; even the cats outside were nice. Thank you for such amazing hospitality, I will always remember you.

A wonderful end to our Corfu adventures

The staff were fabulous and the position of the hotel is amazing. It can be a little noisy from the plane coming in to land but we soon forgot about that. We were very fortunate to be ‘bumped up’ to stay in the penthouse suite which was incredible. A special mention to the reception manager ‘you-lee’ (phonetic spelling, sorry) who was completely charming and professional. A great ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Ray Hotel xx

Perfect stay

New, modern and beautiful hotel. The pools are fantastic and the views are perfect. We got a room upgrade and got our private pool which was also so good! We booked a half board, the food was delicous and great. Location to the airport is perfect and it is located on the seaside. Highly recommend.

Very nice, very good

The proximity to the airport was perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was amazing! The sunbathing deck by the sea was peaceful, serene and a great way to start the day 😀

We were allocated a room with an interconnecting door - sadly, we could hear the people next door, word for word... and during the night, they were at it like rabbits, which meant we had little sleep

Modern hotel, clean rooms, good facilities. The breakfast is really nice, with view on the sea, pretty many options and variety, products changed every day. The small swimming pool was really nice. The view is really something - sea, sun rise, planes. Bus station right in front of hotel.

We had a problem with the shower drain and they fixed it fast. there is no beach around, and the swimming area around the hotel is very rocky. Also the location itself - no real sidewalks to walk till Pontikonisi or Benitses. Nothing much to do around, just 2 restaurants and 1 supermarket (not cheap). Without a car is really hard to discover Corfu and some pretty decent beach with sand.

Just beautiful!

Number one has to be THAT view when you wake up in the morning! Just stunning! But also: the hotel was beautifully quiet, no racing for sunbeds, the pools were lovely (not too deep!), swimming in the sea down on the deck was amazing, the staff were lovely, rooms very clean and THE most comfortable bed!

The location suffers slightly because there is little to do locally and the main road is too dangerous to walk along. But the bus services are great so it’s not a major gripe - and the hotel just so lovely it’s easy to stay there… Also the limited entertainment laid on us AWFUL! Don’t bother or get better.

I liked the location, it is calm and perfect for relaxing even is near to the airoport and you can hear and see a lot of planes lending but it is not a problem, more is like a plus and experience.
