All good

Definitely unique in its own way, with a great location. It was also very reassuring to know that there was always someone on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. A special thank you to Ryan and Phil for being so helpful.
Nothing in particular – we really enjoyed our stay.

A really nice place to spend a few days in Broadstairs. Filled with pieces that point to Dickens and Dickensian times. Sleeps 3 with layout on 4 floors....kitchen, living, the top two floors for beds and bathroom. A carpeted spiral staircase connects all floors. A well equipped kitchen for those who self cater. Ideally situated close to restaurants, beach and pubs makes this holiday let the perfect getaway.
We found the mattresses on the twin beds rather lumpy.

Location was great and the property was quirky
Cutlery and crockery almost non-existent, kitchen smelt damp, sofa in lounge was in awful condition, cracked and worn leather, chaise-long uncomfortable to sit on, TV tiny, shower leaks onto floor, machinater toilets you’re not told about, home has incredibly narrow, turning, steep stairs that you’re not told about until after you book.
