Lighthouse Friendly Holiday Home

a lovely apartment in a great location. if you’re looking for a self contained apartment with all the facilities to make you feel like you are at a home from home this is the place for you. a short 5 minute walk from the yumbo centre for shopping and nightlife the pool area gets sunshine all day long and dining on the balcony in the evenings in the setting sun.

i honestly could not fault it!

Staff English speaking welcome on arrival + bottle of wine was nice. The apartment was clean, has a decent kitchen area with 'most' bits and pieces for self catering. It also had air conditioning (not needed during our stay) and it was usually pretty quiet at night. The location was pretty good if u dont want the hussle and bussle of playa del ingles/maspalomas busy spots (20-25 minute walk) but great for access to the larger (less expensive) supermarkets for self catering hols. Plenty of free parking available on site for the hire car. Property management responsive in communications and easy checkout.

It's small (ok for a couple for a week, maybe 2 at a push). We were there for 4 weeks and so soon felt claustrophobic and there was no real consideration providing for longer stays ... expected to launder property's towels and bed linen ourselves, no spares/replacements provided (even though the property may usually have had to replace both 3 times were this period booked as 4 individual week stays). Wasnt a fan of not being allowed to even put toilet paper down the toilet. Also not a fan of the daytime construction noise, that plagued the entire visit. Tiny (14L) hot water tank and TV chanels froze after 15mins, only pulling plug out completey solved (fiddly located behind it). Lights in bedroom and kitchen dangle down and get in the way.

Buona la posizione, nonostante fosse un appartamentino molto piccolo aveva tutto il necessario per la vacanza. La cucina era funzionale ed utile, l'abbiamo utilizzata spesso. Il divano era comodo, consiglierei in quella posizione un piccolo divano letto. L'aria condizionata era nuova e funzionante. L'appartamento era pulito e siamo stati accolti con una bottiglia di vino, bel pensiero. Il check in è stato molto veloce.

Il check out è da migliorare, abbiamo dovuto chiamare per ben due volte il numero di contatto perchè nessuno era presente al momento della consegna bagagli ed il ritiro degli stessi prima di partire. Diciamo che non è stato il massimo, abbiamo dovuto attendere un po'. Durante la permanenza l'ascensore si è rotto e farsi 6 piani a piedi per scendere e salire non è stato il massimo, ma può capitare. Renderei la fase del check-out migliore. L'appartamentino era effettivamente molto piccolo ma come detto precedentemente aveva tutto il necessario per passare la vacanza in comfort.

Wszystko. Personel idealny. Prosty sposób dostania się do apartamentu. Starter (wino i woda mineralna) dla późno przybywających. Dziękuję Cristina za pierwszy dzień!!
