Nomadic Friendly holiday home

L'appartamento era molto accogliente, nel senso che l'host ha pensato proprio a tutto nei minimi dettagli: oltre alla bottiglia d'acqua (che a noi ha fatto molto comodo visto che siamo arrivati la sera tardi) c'era anche una bottiglia di vino rosso, molto buono oltretutto, un set confezionato con bustine di zucchero, caffè solubile, sale, olio e aceto, 2 rotoli di carta igienica, sacchetti per le immondizie che sono stati sufficienti per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno, un paio di pastiglie per la lavatrice, spugne per lavare le stoviglie e perfino il detersivo per i piatti. L'appartamento era dotato di internet veloce, asse e ferro da stiro, smart TV, teli bagno e teli piscina. Direi che non mancava nulla. C'è perfino il parcheggio privato recintato, quindi ottimo per chi come noi aveva l'auto a noleggio. La posizione è molto buona, vicino a negozi e a ristoranti. Per andare a Playa del Inglés sono circa 15 minuti di passeggiata.

La Vivienda si trova all'interno di un contesto abitativo, denominato "Edificio Habitat", nel senso che oltre alle locazioni turistiche e ai turisti ci sono anche i residenti, quindi è ovvio che possa capitare di sentire un po' di caos da parte dei vicini, però non è stato un problema. La vista dal terrazzino non è delle migliori, visto che sotto c'è l'area ecologica e anche l'uscita del parcheggio con di conseguenza molto via vai. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente è stata che l'acqua calda durava appena il tempo di una doccia, quindi noi che eravamo in 2, o il secondo si faceva la doccia tiepida/fredda o aspettava mezz'ora che l'acqua si riscaldasse di nuovo. Le foto del sito non rispecchiano com'è l'appartamento ora, ci sono alcune diversità.

teimme itse aamiaisen ja ruoat, kauppa oli lähellä. Suihkun kuumavesi riitti erittäin hyvin 2:lle henkilölle. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja tulivat nopeasti paikalle jos tarvittiin. Huoneistossa oli pyykinpesukone, siitä isot plussat , kuten myös keittiössä olevasta uunista. Olohuone/keittiötila oli pieni mutta siellä oli taitettava ruokapöytä jonka sai avattua joten ei tarvinnut syödä matalalta sohvapöydältä josta siitäkin aukesi toinen puoli hiukan korkeammaksi

huoneistossa ei ollut tavallista lattiaharjaa, joten jouduimme lakaisemaan lattiat mopilla tai terassille tarkoitetulla katuharjalla. Astiastosta puuttuivat salaattikulho ja paistinpannuja oli vain yksi, tosi pieni. Tosin saimme heti uuden ison paistinpannun kun pyysimme. Sänky oli 2:lle henkilölle liian kapea (140cm). Terassi oli huonoon suuntaan, näkyi vain parkkipaikalle, mutta meitä se ei haitannut kun emme siellä paljoakaan olleet. Altaan vesi oli todella kylmää joten aamu-uinti jäi käymättä

The apartment was quite pleasant. Yes, it is on the first floor, and the view from the balcony is towards the parking lot, but it is Grand Canaria - we don't go there to sit inside and enjoy the view. We were out all the time, so the view was not so important. The pool area was great, much warmer than on the beach, since it was less windy. The water in the pool was super clean, a bit too cold, but I found it rather refreshing. The sweet girl who welcomed us and checked us in was lovely and very helpful. We appreciate the welcome gift - a bottle of wine in the living room 🥰 There is a grocery store and a shopping area with restaurants and bars right outside the flat, very convenient. There was not too much noise before 9 a.m., as other guests have commented that it was bothering them, we slept quite OK.

The hot water thank was pretty small, not really enough for one person to have a full proper shower. But after all it is a holiday house, we can have out long showers at home 😄

Good location close to commercial centres and supermarkets. Good WiFi and smart TV. Well equipped small kitchen with oven. Mattress in bedroom was comfortable. Great pool with plenty of sun loungers. Plenty of towels provided for stay. Loredana (contact for stay) was very friendly.

Pictures of property are very misleading. It looks like the property is on a high floor when it is in fact on the 1st floor. The view from the balcony is terrible as it faces car park and the bin storage area. Pool is not visible as it would suggest in the pictures. The apartment is very small and compact. The bedroom is small with little room for two people to manoeuvre, especially with a floor standing fan in the room. One plug point above bed which is no use whatsoever. Had to buy several plug extensions in order to plug in fan and charge phones etc. Issues with fridge in kitchen where food kept going off and had to be thrown out. Shower in bathroom is really bad as water escapes and floods floor everytime. Really needs shower screens installed compared to shower curtain. Power cuts off when using washing machine and using other electrical devices such as kettle or TV at same time. Apartment was really noisy during our stay. Building works starting at 8am every weekday and noisy neighbours until 5/6 am most nights.
