The wraparound balcony,that was on the east end.
The price,it was more than double compared to last year,I felt like their was quite a bit of price gouging,especially after talking to a person who was renting on the exact same floor,but opposite Westside end with a wraparound balcony,I was absolutely shocked to hear her say what she paid for the exact condo!😳

The condo was clean and had just enough room. Everyone we met was so nice and the staff reached out to us when we needed them. Will definitely be coming back.

It was located on the beach and the view was nice.
We had to pay for parking, which wasn't cheap, and the décor of the unit appeared to be modeled on a mid-eighties Asian brothel...on the beach. Also, the cleaners were banging on the door at literally three minutes after checkout time. I know we should have been out by then, but come on...
$$$$
