L'espace, l'exterieur, le calme, la proximité avec le centre ville et la plage... La possibilité d'apporter son petit chien.

Grande maison bien située, proche d'une des plages et d'une location de surf. Endroit plutôt calme même si on entend un peu la musique de la place centrale les soirs où il y a des animations, contact facile avec la conciergerie qui est serviable, grand jardin, place de parc sécurisée, douche à l'extérieur.
ménage à l'arrivée très moyen, odeur sur les draps (qui ont été changés sur demande), fuite d'eau lors de fortes pluies dans le toit, manque une climatisation.
