1. location 2. had 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms 3. owner was accessible & responsive 4. spacious, modern & clean
1. no instructions for using washing machine 2. no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee 3. extra rowels in the closet were very damp, had to hang them outside to dry
