About this cottage rental
Exempt house, in semi-urban core, in Galicia. It consists of ground floor, floor and storage room with 230 ms2. useful and garden with thousand square meters. Traditional stonework, prior to 1900, later renovated and expanded, preserving characteristic elements (ex. Chimney) of the Galician rural. Close to Santiago de Compostela (26 kms.), Padrón (5 kms. And Vilagarcía de Arousa (18 kms.).
It is popularly known as CASA da ESCOLA because it served that function for several years. At the foot of the road to Santiago by the Coast and Portuguese. Ideal for families. Walks in rural and agrarian area next to the Ulla River. It has a portico space reserved for rest and games in the garden. On foot you can access a supermarket (Pontecesures) and the Health Center (Bath. Valga) and the river beach of Vilarello (Cordeiro).
