Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, sprawne przekazanie kluczy. Wi-Fi działa bez problemu. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty kuchenne, dla mnie wystarczające. Jest suszarka do włosów i żelazko. Są ściereczki, płyny do naczyń itp. chemia jak coś trzeba, też płyny do prania (pralki nie używałam), odkurzacz, miska, suszarka na ubrania. Okna w sypialniach od strony podwórka - jest w miarę cicho w nocy. Klatka schodowa z domofonem, okolica wg mnie spokojna. Parę minut spacerem do portu i plaży, galeria handlowa prawie naprzeciwko, sklepy i punkty gastronomiczne na parterze bloku. Dużo miejsca w szafkach.
Trzecie piętro bez windy i balkonu - trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę, mi nie przeszkadzało. Parking pod blokiem czasem dosyć zapchany, ale zawsze jakieś miejsce się znalazło. Nie ma też ręczników (wiedziałam o tym). Łóżka mogłyby być wygodniejsze, ale są ok. Malutka umywalka w łazience - trochę trudna w użyciu. Brakowało mi też większych kubków - są szklanki.
