So smooth!

It's a great choice when you're looking for a budget place in the center with an air conditioning (such a huge plus!). The room is minimalistic, but has everything what you need and is really spacious. Bathroom is very beautiful and large. Didn't use the shared kitchen much, but really appreciated the fridge to keep our food in. We got a free parking space right in front of the building, so it couldn't be better. The communication was super-smooth, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Really couldn't ask for more, a great place to stay

Świetna lokalizacja, klimatyczne pokoje, funkcjonalna kuchnio-jadalnia, sympatyczna obsługa.

Świetna lokalizacja - w tym bliskość dworca PKP i PKS. Obiekt znajduje się tuż przy jeziorze Niegocin, marinie itd. Pokój na poddaszu pomysłowo urządzony. Wspólna część kuchenna świetnie wyposażona i bardzo funkcjonalna. Duży stół do szykowania i spożywania wspólnych posiłków ze swoją lub poznaną na miejscu ekipą - rewelacja! Obsługa na 6! Zdecydowanie polecam i sam ponownie skorzystam.

Widok na jezioro. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Siedzenie przy oknie zorganizowane w taki sposób, by mieć widok na jezioro Giżycko. Bliska odległość do dworca kolejowego oraz plaży.

Początkowa trudność w znalezieniu recepcji, gdyż biuro znajduje się w firmie z tkaninami i firankami.

Miejsce przyjazne rowerzystom. .Rowery przechowane były na parterze. Lokalizacja super . Pokoje na 3 piętrze, klimatyzacja w pokoju, ciekawy wspólny aneks kuchenny .W pokojach są wieszaki i otwarte półki na rzeczy i to nam bardzo odpowiadało. Osoba do kontaktu życzliwa , spełniła naszą prośbę, dziękujemy.

Dostaliśmy to, czego oczekiwaliśmy.

Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. W pokoju dużo półek, wieszaków ( również w łazience ). Czysto i tak, jak miało być.

Gut, aber überbewertet

Gen Z style, OSB Platten, Gemeinschaftsküche, Stahltreppe. Zentrale Lage, also wirklich zentrale Lage.

Aus einem Grund, den ich nicht verstehen muß, lassen sich nur die schrägen Fenster im Dach öffnen. Bei den senkrechten Fenstern wurden die Griffe demontiert. In der Konsequenz hätte ich nur bei Sonnenschein und nur im Badezimmer lüften können. Seid erinnert, die Zimmer liegen unter dem Dach. An einem regnerischen Tag wie heute wäre diese Art zu lüften für die Nacht keine Option gewesen. Das führte leider bei der sympathischen Vermieterin zu leichter Anspannung. Das einzige Zimmer mit Fenstern, die sich öffnen lassen - und das für mich (fast) genauso aussieht, wie jenes, das ich hatte - sollte teurer sein. Wir haben dann eine Lösung gefunden. Danke dafür. Die erste Tasse, die ich in der Gemeinschaftsküche in der Hand hielt, hat lange keinen Schwamm mehr gesehen. Da die Küche offensichtlich vom Personal nicht geprüft wird, habe ich sie dann nicht mehr genutzt. Die Betten sind aus Paletten gebaut, preiswert und stylisch, aber unbequem. Die Federkernmatratze mußte wohl auch preiswert sein, die einzelnen Federn sind deutlich zu spüren, die Palette auch.

Sehr freundliche und wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur einen Platz zum schlafen braucht, OK

Nur 5 Minuten zum Hafen, war Perfekt. Die Frau die mich empfangen hat war sehr freundlich und hat mich über alles weitere gut informiert. Man sollte keine Ansprüche stellen. Sanitär Anlage war Ok.

Das die oberen Stockwerke nur zu fuß erreichbar sind war ja ok, dass es aber 62 Stufen sind, ist schon sehr anstrengend. 2mal war in unmittelbarer nähe Party bis 5 Uhr Morgens ( kein schlaf)

Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Dobrze wyposażona ogólno dostępna kuchnia. Była nawet kawa, herbata i inne przyprawy. Dla nas doskonała lokalizacja

Słabe oświetlenie w pokoju. Zamiast łóżka były palety i na to dobry materac. Podłoga z płyt OSB. Bardzo wolne napełnianie spłuczki.
