Amazing breakfasts with that spectacular view

Views

I wouls make the place non smoking. We had the bad luck.of a smoker in the balcony next to us and it is umpleasant. For the top balconies, a parasol is needed for the morning. This is not for our host, but the on a national.holiday 2 different people (one from the council, another a neighbour) decided to use a motor saw to trim the trees at 8 am. We left at 10 and they were still there, so we had our all year waited for breakfast with that noise. We asked the neighbour to delay it, but he would not. Maybe the council could make it later?

Amazing view!

Amazing View! Property was clean and easy to access. It has everything you need for your stay and was very comfortable. Location was good if you want to avoid the crowds of cities like Budva and Kotor, but accessible by car (25-40 minutes away).

Ok but not perfect

We came in the evening and the owner had made a video of the instructions. Good idea. The balcony is a good size but view for The first floor is ok but thats it, otherwise the apartment is very small, so photo image processing was used a lot. Supermarket near.

Village are quiet and there IS only one good konoba within walking distance, so you Need IT car. I also don't understand the idea that every guest would buy peppers, cooking oil, etc. for a couple of days' visit. And apartment IS very small.

Excellent place

The location looks like in the pictures, you have everything you need. The view is simply awesome and made the visit to Kotor almost in vain. The pool is very clean and mantained, the water a little bit cold in the evening because of the shadow, but nothing too scary. The personal is friendly and very helpful, always smiling and fluent in English. Close to the local beach and restaurants with good food and markets for usual grocery shopping. Quiet in the nights, so a good sleep is guaranteed. Not so crowded as other places, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time Close to other towns (Kotor/Budva/Tivat/Perast) so it is excellent for day trips

- the slope indicated by Waze in order to get to the location is very steep, having to accelerate the card at 5000 rpm, but we discovered another route more drivable - many mosquitos and no nets at the windows/balcony

everything! we had an amazing time, the host Daria is very friendly, she is available on WhatsApp and responds immediately. she sent us locations for supermarkets etc etc. the room is beautiful and modern. the view from the balcony is breathtaking. we had everything we needed. we most certainly will return. I would recommend renting a car as there’s so much to see across the whole of Montenegro. I really recommend staying at this apartment because other areas like Budva/Tivat/Koror are too busy, trust me, this location is perfect! it’s not too busy but there’s everything you need including restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The host is great! The view is beautiful! It's far from Kotor city center but turned out it is very good since Kotor center and airport roads are a PERMANENT traffic jam so we were able to go to Budva/Cetinie/KotorSerpentine/MoracaBridge without experiencing huge traffic jams both sides. There is a nice beach bar "Restoran Movida" on the same peninsula 5 minutes drive away.

You MUST rent a car if you wish to stay there or anywhere else in Montenegro (we drove rental from Zadar so not a problem for us). The sea sucks everywhere in Montenegro, go to Agiya Napa if you want a real sea (we came to visit mountains and sail)

Great stay!

The host was super kind, efficient and unobtrusive. She didn't bother us at all, but at the same time stayed at full disposal and solved our asks with speed and efficiency. The room was very decent in size. View from the balcony is magnificent. Pool area is super sweet! And so is the barbecue.

The bed had a bar at the legs and for very tall people it could be a problem.

Toller Blick auf das Meer und Tivat! Schöner Balkon. Das Apartment etwas eng. Vom Ort kann man gut die ganze Halbinsel erkunden und auch nach Kotor fahren. Ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem schönen Sandstrand. Im Ort auch Möglichkeiten ins Meer zu gehen, aber keine Strände. Steile Anfahrt zur Wohnung. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort.

Der Ausblick , Vermieterin war sehr nett

Die Wohnung, geschätzt max. 30 qm, war für den Preis zu teuer. Auf den Bildern sah die Wohnung viel größer aus, eine qm Angabe war nicht vorhanden. Es gab in der "Küche" ein kleines Mini-Sofa und einen kleinen Fernseher. Das Bad (die Dusche) und der Boden, bin versehentlich mit weißen Socken durchgelaufen diese waren später total schmutzig, waren nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen, schlief die Tochter der Putzfrau auf dem Mini-Sofa.
