Located in Krašići (not Tivat town)

The spa out the front of the blue apartment was lovely. The view is nice* The host/property manager was very responsive.

The location is not good. It is not on the Tivat Riviera but is actually in Krašići, which is in the PROVINCE of Tivat but about 40 mins drive from Tivat proper. Nothing in this area is walkable and the nearest swimmable beach (with children) is a 15/20 min drive away. Krašići itself is not very interesting or picturesque (compared to Kotor or Tivat riviera). The photos on this post are old - there is now trees and a carport obscuring a lot of the view.* There is very little privacy from the apartments next to you and above you. The bathroom is very small and the shower has no screen so it wets the whole bathroom. We arrived to find many ants inside despite nothing being left out. We felt a bit hoodwinked by the ad for this accommodation that states it is in Tivat and "6 minutes from the centre" . We considered leaving and would have if we had been staying longer than 3 nights.

Amazing place

Everything about this property is amazing. Darja was very welcoming and so helpful with any questions we had about anything, taxis etc. The best views from the jacuzzi, so relaxing and the apartment had everything you would ever need.

Very nice

The host, Daria, is great! She sad there whenever We we needed her. The apartmant is amazing (just like you can see on their photos). We had everything we needed. Sea view, jacuzzi…

We didn’t like the location because it’s not practical if you want to travel along Montenegrian coastline as we did. You can’t go to the beach by foot because it is very steep and if the weather is hot that’s not a good choice.

Relaxing family vacation

The terrace view. Great at dawn , great at night. As soon as we arrived, it was obvious that everything is as advertised. Parking space: really great thing to have in Krašići. Apartment : very carefully designed, meets every need. Space and furniture absolutely sufficient for even longer stays. Definitely would go back at Boka any time. :)

Nothing worth sharing. :) Suggestion for owner: one more window for better air flow, and mosquito net on bathroom window would definitely mean rating 10 our stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

The location and view of the sea are perfect. It is a very quiet area with easy access to Porto Montenegro and Old Town Kotor. Daria was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor patio is great for having dinner or enjoying your morning coffee.

The apartment looks even better when you're over there. It's amazing how the owners, Vladimir and Darya, did a great job. Peaceful, cozy, modern apartment with a beautiful view over the Boka bay. I had to work while being there, so I definitely can say that it was the most beautiful office to work at. Especially while working on the beautifully designed terrace. I will definitely go back and enjoy their apartments. Best times...

Приятное море и место ,но после случившегося стало страшновато

Вид на море и джакузи

Калитка не закрывается ,хотя замок есть ,в апартаментах дверь является окном в которую легко попасть через калитку,от соседей и с низу через забор под джакузи во дворе.я сплю с открытыми окнами и меня просто ночью обокрали ,когда мы были в той же комнате и сумка была в метре от нас ,на утро ее подбросили с вещами ,которые просто вору были не нужны.оставив документы и кредитные карты ,забрав все наличные деньги .и все последующие ночи я не могла толком уснуть,потому как было просто страшно.Считаю ,что ответственность за это несут хозяева квартиры.

Рекомендую, если вы путешествуете на машине, так как подъем достаточно сложный, а удаленность от центра Тивата 20 минут

Наличие джакузи, вида на бухту, приятная хозяйка. Есть место для парковки. Внизу перед подъемом замечена автобусная остановка (кому актуально), пекарня, также неподалеку есть выход к воде, но мы там не купались.

Маленький санузел, неудобно умываться в раковине, после душа унитаз в воде, слив работает неохотно, остаётся вода. Вытяжка нуждается в очистке. Рядом другие апартаменты, полной приватности ожидать не стоит.

Чудовий відпочинок в чудовому місці.

Сподобалося все, відпочили дуже добре. Дякую власникам за комфорт, за допомогу, За приємне спілкування. Щодо пляжу. Можна знайти на будь-який смак. Є з дрібною і крупною галькою, можна на пірсі, можна біля кафе на ліжаках. Магазин і пекара є. Крашичи- це про любов, тишу і релакс (відпочивали в вересні). Чудові 10 днів.

Це не про сподобалося-не сподобалося. Після пляжу прийдеться підійматися вгору. Для людей з малими дітьми і візочками або з обмеженим рухом може бути досить важко. Це треба враховувати перед бронюванням. Якщо є авто, це не проблема взагалі.

Sam objekat ima odličan pogled, lep ambijent i čisto.

Lokacija je mnogo udaljena od Tivta. A i nije dobra adresa na Booking-u, lokacija je Krašići.

Волшебное место с невероятным видом

Невероятно уютные апартаменты с роскошным видом на бухту. Вдали от туристического наплыва, вокруг тишина и уют. Наслаждались видами, отдельная роскошь это джакузи с видом, каждый вечер несколько часов проводили в абсолютном релаксе. Спасибо Дарье за размещение и помощь! Обязательно вернулись бы сюда, если бы приехали в Черногорию опять.
