Cute apartment, good size for myself, my mum and young son. Very clean.
Pool needs heating in winter, it’s too shaded to not be heated. Hot tub is awesome
One of our key cards failed on second day and it took few days to get it sorted. Reception wouldn’t replace as it was booked through Cozie homes, Cozie homes did not drop key off when they said they would. It was pretty inconvenient as there was nowhere to leave the key if mum and I went out separately.

thecheck in was terrible, we asked to meet him at 1pm as i was discharged from Hospital and he said yes, he would be there at reception at 1pm, l then left a message saying leaving Cairns now heading to Palm Cover at 1.30 pm , no answer , when we arrived i text again and he said chek in was stricktly 3pm and the room was not ready yet
My husband almost walked but we had paid
WE WAITED UNTIL AFTER 3PM WITH ME FEELING TERRIBLE IN RECEPYION TO GET IN
