La piscine et son accès facile, le calme du lieu de la résidence, l'insonorisation entre les logements, le carrelage au sol pratique pour la propreté, la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est un gros plus Accès au BBQ partagé super! Également réactivité et gentillesse du contact par message
Clim en panne dans le salon, odeur d'égouts dans le logement et plus particulièrement dans la salle de bain, difficultés à régler l'eau chaude et le petit plus serait un transat sur le balcon

La jolie villa divisée en 4 logements est spacieuse, et très propre, équipée de clim dans les chambres, avec une agréable piscine et un barbecue à disposition. Le tout implanté autour de champs d’oliviers avec parking privatif, sans oublier la vue sur la mer (10 minutes en voiture). L hôtesse est super sympathique et très réactive. ❤️
Pas grand chose à en redire ! Peut être un peu plus d’endroits ombragés notamment à la piscine pour en profiter plus longtemps, ⛱️ car il fait bien chaud en Italie ! 😅

Lokalizacja jest na uboczu ale widok na morze + mały basen rekompensuja, jak ktoś szuka ciszy i spokoju to polecem. Jako baza do zwiedzania i odpowczynku po całym dniu jest OK .
Mieliśmy pokój na parterze, miały byc oddzielne łóżka pojadyncze a wyszło piętrowe i pokoiku bez kien, klimatyzacji itd. Sąsiad prowadził tez jakies prace budowlane maszyna ok 100 metrów obok i czasem był hałas.
