We had an amazing stay ! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Ivica for being a great host, we hope to be back as soon as possible!

Go there! The place is worth its price.

The apartment located not far from the sea, very easy to access with the parking places just against the wall. The owner is a very friendly, helpful, kind and open-minded man. The bedroom, bathroom as well as the small kitchenette are provided with basic equipment. A perfect place to spend a couple of days in beautiful Vodice.

Logement incroyable !

Logement très propre avec serviettes mises à disposition. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La literie est très confortable ! Il y a des places de parking disponibles et c'est gratuit. La localisation du logement est super à côté de toutes les commodités et à proximité du centre. Le prix du logement est vraiment très honnête. L'hôte est très gentil et serviable ! Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture et il a su nous aider. Nous le remercions encore ! N'hésitez pas à aller séjour à la villa Neda, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et décoration soignée. Terrasse agréable avec une petite vue mer. Emplacement idéal avec les commerces et le port à 5 mn. Parking privé aisé devant la maison.

L'immeuble est dans un lotissement.... Insonorisation à améliorer. On entend beaucoup les voisins.

Prijateljici i meni se izrazito svidjela ljubaznost i srdacnost domacina Ivice. Stvarno sve preporuke! Apartman je bio odlican za dvije osobe, nudi zaista sve sto vam treba. Lokacija je savrsena. Nocile smo dvije noci, a cijena je bila i vise nego pristupacna. Jos jednon velike zahvale Ivici na izrazito ugodnom drustvu i doceku, da je bar vise ovakvih domacina u Hrvatskoj. :)

Buena opción calidad - precio para Vodice

Un gran anfitrión, preocupado siempre para que estés cómodo y bien. Departamento cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Cerca de un centro comercial en el que tiene todo lo que necesitas y mucho más.

Debes tener en cuenta que está del otro lado de la carretera de Vodice. En un lugar sencillo.

Vila Neda - Vodice

Stan je veoma lepo sređen i čist. Ima sve što vam je potrebno od aparata (toster, kuvalo, frižider, fen, klimu, usisivač, aparat za kafu, tv sa Netflix-om...). Krevet je preudoban. Ispred zgrade postoji parking. Vlasnik je ljubazan, kada stignete u smestaj bićete ugošteni domaćinski. :) Samo imam reči hvale za moje iskustvo u Vili Neda. Svima bih preporučila da dođu u Vodice i odaberu ovaj smeštaj za odmor!

Sehr netter Empfang des Gastgebers bei der Anreise. Apartment ist sehr sehr sauber und modern. Ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit dort genossen.
