We've been in the upper floor - four bedrooms, two fridges, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, big enough outdoor terrace, barbecue downstairs - absolutely perfect for us as a group of 6 adults, 2 teens and a small child + a small dog. Very friendly host. Close enough to beaches, city centre, supermarkets and a gas station, but not too close so it was mostly very quiet at night.
Just the neighbor that came yelling at us at night for having a bit of a fun (conversation and laughing) in the late evening, but we probably were a little too noisy :)
