Kasty G Studio - W Place Apartments

This rooftop studio in Westlands is an absolute gem. The skyline view from the room is incredible, especially at sunset. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, very secure, and has super-fast Wi-Fi. It’s centrally located near Sarit Centre and great restaurants, but because it’s on the topmost floor, it's remarkably quiet and peaceful. The gym is excellent, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

The space is stylish, modern, and perfectly located, but the absolute highlight is the rooftop. The amazing views of Nairobi are breathtaking, especially at sunset and when the city lights up at night. Enjoying the stunning rooftop apartment with those views made the stay feel like a luxury retreat. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back!"

Staying in this topmost floor studio was an absolute dream. Being all the way at the top means you get total peace, quiet, and privacy, completely detached from the city noise below. The views are unmatched—I spent hours just watching the city from the window. The space itself is incredibly chic, clean, and flooded with gorgeous natural light. It felt like staying in a luxury boutique hotel, but with the warmth and comfort of a home. A perfect 5-star stay.

The host's demands were very unreasonable. I was only told the property does not accept Mastercard or Visa payments, only cash or through Mpesa when I arrived at the property. Had to incur extra charges to obtain the cash. One of the sockets exploded when I switched on the microwave. The host said I had overloaded the current since I was also using the cooker and would therefore be charged for the repairs. In a normal setting both appliances can be used at the same time, moreover this was never explained before I used the appliances. The property advertises that it provides an electric kettle but there was none. I had to use the cooker to boil water for tea. A bath towel was only provided on the third day of my stay when I had already bought one for myself. Room cleaning and bed changing was only done on the third day of my stay.
