Kasty M Apartments- W Place

it was in a great secure location, the security was tight and you could tell that the apartment complex had a lot of tourists/visitors who had been staying there for some time. it was a simple and spacious one bed apartment, enough for our needs. the cleaner was always on hand to cater to any queries we had.

the washing machine was not working which we did not know until we needed to wash our clothes. it wasn't a type of machine that we were familiar with so some from of manual would have been handy as these types of machines are not common in the UK. we did raise this with the host but we did not get any feedback from her about it not working, it was when we bumped into the cleaner who then told us that the machine had not been functional for some time. This was not sorted during our stay however, they kept changing and updating the furniture (which we had not requested) whilst we stayed there. We were told last minute that the sofa would be changed and then a few days later we came and found that additional bedside tables and stools had been added which weren't aware. whilst it was good to have the additional furniture, it would have been a better experience if we had been informed well in advance that certain changes would be made during our stay to better prepare ourselves mentally or sort these issues out before us checking in, It would have been great if the queries that we actually had were addressed, e.g. washing machine and the foul smell under the sink rather then them addressing what they wanted. it felt much easier to deal with the cleaner rather than the host as my calls were never picked, and when I had a query, she would respond as and when, which was much later than expected often after I had already asked the cleaner. There also seemed to be some form of miscommunication between the host and the cleaner as they seemed to give me different information a suggestion for future is that the bedroom curtains could be black out curtain as they do let in quite a lot of light in the morning, which then interferes with your sleep if you weren't planning to have an early morning. also please store those paints/solvents that are under the sink elsewhere, they produce a very strong smell which is uncomfortable and slightly mimics the smell of gas.

Die lage der Wohnung ist gut, die Adresse war nicht so genau angegeben, deswegen ein wenig schwer für den über Fahrer zu finden. Eine genaue Google Maps Location haben wir erhalten, nun ohne Internet Verbindung ist schwer diese an den Fahrer zu übermitteln. In der nähe gibt's den Street Kitchen Lokal, welche ist ganz cool, allerdings ist die Musik in der Wohnung zu hören. Kann ein wenig störend sein.

Gute Lage, gutes Preis, sehr Sauber und gut eingerichtet.

It was clean and the customer service was very good. It looked exactly like the photos and very comfortable.

Sunday Morning the church bells could be heard as early as 7am and they happened intermittently all morning. it was very loud and distracting.
