L'appartamento ha una posizione eccezionale, comodissimo poter parcheggiare all'interno della struttura, più che apprezzati caffè, the ecc... E colazione con doppia scelta. Arredamento essenziale ma molto curato e davvero grazioso. Cucina in comune pulitissima e attrezzata
Agli angoli del bagno e della camera sui soffitti è evidente muffa nera. Dato che si tratta di una struttura davvero bella e comoda è un vero peccato. Sicuramente legata a condensa ma è opportuno intervenire subito

Great location for 2 minutes walk into center, good bed, good air conditioning, good amenities and the balcony is nice tonl sit on.

Struttura moderna, belle rifiniture, pulita, buona posizione, comodo il posto auto
Di fatto non lo definirei hotel, il personale per quanto gentile, è stato presente solo all'arrivo per darci le chiavi, e la stanza nei giorni successivi non è mai stata pulita o cambiata la biancheria in bagno . Ovviamente per 3 notti non è un problema, ma non posso dire che lo staff sia stato presente;
Aggiungo che non è compresa la colazione, e anche questo sarebbe poco rilevante ma la cucina comune non offre neanche una tazza o un pentolino per il latte o the, se uno volesse prepararsi qualcosa, solo una macchinetta espresso con alcune cialde.
Sul piano strutturale non ho apprezzato il fatto che le uniche finestre fossero lucernari telecomandati sul soffitto, poco comode per un vero cambio d'aria.
