Excellent facilities, location and great hosts!

The property was just like the pictures, very clean and with great facilities including 2 bathrooms on the middle floor so that both couples had their own bathroom next to their bedroom to use. In each bathroom there were lots of added extras ie shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar of soap and plenty of toilet rolls. Each bedroom had bottled water provided and plenty of towels to use, the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed including a coffee machine and coffee pods and fresh milk in the fridge. There was an additional fridge freezer in the excellent utility if you did need extra space. The down stairs toilet was also a bonus when chilling watching a movie in the lounge ( Netflix, Prime, Disney all provided). The icing on the cake was we were able to charge our car while parking on the drive ( instructions in the house manual) - I would definitely recommend this property.

Well equipped and comfortable home with excellent hosts

The hosts were super attentive. They provided lots of information before check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Basics like tea, coffee, milk and shampoos were all left which was very kind. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped with lovely bedding and towels and bottled water left in the bedrooms. The beds were all very comfortable and the house is deceptively spacious, consisting of all double beds. The location is very convenient for access to both Lancaster and Morecambe and was opposite a large Sainsbury’s, which was very useful.

We are very pleased with the facilities, beds are very comfortable and having TV in each room was perfect, the toilets and showers are very clean. The area is well located as there’s shops nearby ie. Sainsbury’s and fish n chips. I will highly recommended to my friends and family the place and the price for 2 nights and 3 days for 7 people was very affordable.

Everything was fabulous! - Cleanliness: ✅ - Space: ✅ - Parking: ✅ - Facilities: ✅ - Friendliness of the staff: ✅ I highly recommend this place. It is a very cozy home that truly feels like a real home. It easily accommodates up to eight people. Additionally, it has a charming little backyard where you can relax with a nice cup of tea and enjoy a BBQ.

It was a great place to stay

The property was excellent — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, two bathrooms, and the peaceful, pleasant neighbourhood. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, providing a generous range of amenities including plenty of bottled water, a bottle of milk, tea bags, coffee, Starbucks coffee pods, and even cooking oil. There were also multiple options for shower gel and shampoo, which added a truly thoughtful and personal touch to our stay.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this lovely accommodation — it was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic house in an ideal location

Fantastic accommodation for our family get together. A lovely warm and welcoming house with plenty super comfy beds, plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable. Ideal location in a nice quiet street, near to Sainsbury's superstore. We walked to the Promenade and beach, kids loved it.

Everything was great. Only thing which would make it more ideal would be an additional bathroom, but that's just a personal preference.

Every thing was perfect. Bedding was clean but the bedding wasn’t ironed. That’s the only thing that let it down. Also owner knocking on door at 9:55am. Check out was 10am. But he sat and waited in his car.

This house is a great find through Booking.com-clean, comfortable; we would happily stay here again!

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family group of 8 adults who were visiting the area for a family wedding. We stayed for two nights and had everything that we could possibly need both within the house and nearby (take away fish and chips were delicious and Sainsburys for a few bits and pieces). There was lots of room, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Mark was a wonderful host and delightful to deal with - thank you.

Would definitely recommend

Owner/landlord Mark was extremely hospital, nice and easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Towels and shower gels/shampoo's etc were provided for. Location is right by morecambe bay and about an hour from lake district. For a group of 8 boys the drive was okay and the stay was well received by of all of us. Would definitely recommend

Upstairs Toilet would be better with a sink. Maybe if there was another shower it would be useful but other than that, no complaints

Mark, the owner, provided great info. prior to our visit. The house was clean, the bwdszare super comfortable, and the general atmosphere in the house was good. Great location for exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer.
