Blisko centrum miasta. Ciekawy klimat apartamentu z zachowanymi, widocznymi elementami architektonicznymi budynku. Wanna zamiast prysznica.
Przykry zapach w łazience, podobny do tego w starych nieużywanych mieszkaniach. Brak szamponu czy mydełka, jedynie dyspenser mydła. Brak herbaty czy kawy dla gości.

Lokalizacja blisko rynku na plus. Śniadanie smaczne, pieczywo cieplutkie. Apartament ładnie urządzony.
Minusem był fakt że nie było posprzątane dokładnie, w szafce w kuchni znajdowały się puste butelki po somersby, naczynia niedokładnie umyte trzeba było jeszcze raz je umyć. Minusem też był brak parkingu.
