Wygodne łóżko. Możliwość wyboru filmu z bazy filmowej na specjalnym kanale w telewizorze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, który odpowiedział na wszystkie moje pytania. Śniadanie pod drzwiami na czas.
Śmierdzący mop w łazience, który generował nieprzyjemny zapach. Śniadanie dosyć skromne. Brak możliwości wyboru śniadania. Śniadanie nie dla wegetarian.

Lokalizacja.
Przydałoby się oczywiście zrobić poprawki „kosmetyczne” jednak wpływające na jakość. Odchodzące płytki w łazience, skrzypiące łóżko przy każdym ruchu, przeciążania instalacji elektrycznej gdzie przy włączeniu czajnika i mikrofalówki wysadza korki.
