The Ambience of the whole facility!

Hi Jay,
Good day, I wish you have a plumber unblock the shower drain and bathroom sink as it was always flooded while we were showering. Only took 2 days then the drain was completely blocked again. Full plumbing maintenance is what you need for the apartment. The bed was also very old and uncomfortable. Its like lying on a cardboard. Otherwise the rest of the room was quite good. Your staff Joy and Sheila were very helpful and always went out of their way to assist us with any requests.
