Very close to establishments/restaurant and walking distance to Luneta grandstand
It took me an hour before they allowanme to check in. Tho I came past 2pm already which the regular check in time

i like the location since it is walking distance only in Luneta Park and the seaview worth to watch.
the cleanliness of the comfort/toilet room, when me and my family arrive the comfort room looks like dirty, the toilet bowl still have old urine.. i bought zonrox and laundry soap just to wash the floor, the sink and specially the toilet bowl. After that I feel more confident to use the comfort room or toilet room.
