Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Klimatyzacja w dwóch pomieszczeniach, spora kuchnia, pełno przyborów kuchennych. Łazienka również całkiem duża, było wszystko to co potrzebne. Salon z telewizorem i SmartTV, wygodna kanapa. Fajna lokalizacja, niedaleko sklepy typu Leclerc, przystanki autobusowe. Bardzo kontaktowa właścicielka, nawet wysłala nam liste ciekawych miejsc w Świdnicy. Na miejscu mili sąsiedzi.
Czystość na spory minus. Na podłodze dużo okruchów, nie było tam raczej odkurzane. Na ścianach ślady butów, brudnych rąk. Na kanapie pełno białych śladów i innych niedoczyszczonych miejsc. W kuchni sporo brudnych naczyń i trzeba było je myć, by móc używać. Korkociąg się rozpadał w dłoniach, a pod łóżkiem w sypialni znaleźliśmy opakowanie po prezerwatywie. Wypadałoby jednak dokładniej sprawdzać porządek po gościach. Łóżko w sypialni za miękkie, niewygodne. Gdyby nie to, to apartament na 10.
