The apartment was clean and spacious. View of the pool and the beach was nice.

The loud music from Deck270 Tapas Ocean Lounge. I feel residence should have a wrist band so that employees don't have to stop you as you are walking to the pool asking questions. There should be some recognition that you are staying there versus the outside walk-ins. Serving buffet breakfast on time should be essential. We had an early flight and we're at the dinning by 7am as that's when we were told breakfast starts. All the food hadn't been brought out. Even by 7:15am...we finally left for the airport as we couldn't wait any longer. That was a huge disappointment to say the least.

First time at this wonderful hotel. The staff was very helpful, starting from the airport transfer until departure. We had an apartment with a huge terrace, overlooking the beach. I recommend anyone visiting the Shanzu Beach area to stay at this hotel.

Great view of the beautiful pool and the sea. Pleasantly large one-bed apartment, with mod cons.

The breakfast needs work. Fruit was decent, English breakfast not so much (tasteless beef bacon, hard chicken sausages, overly salty mushrooms, overly strong coffee, no masala tea option) - but the fried eggs were indeed sunny side up. Netflix app was there but not usable, because of the cheap Vision TVs. Balcony furniture/layout (cheap and rickety) does not match the interior (more exclusive and unique).

The pool is nice. Access to the beach is quite close.

The breakfast was extremely lousy. The hotel was LOUD
