Kilua Beach Residences by CityBlue, Mombasa

I liked the staff, the apartment was clean and the fact that you can see the ocean from the window was awesome. The swimming pool was also great

The roof outside the door and at the gym was leaking, sometimes the water in the shower wasn't hot and the I had trouble putting on the TV

the coordination of the staff and the facility . its very clean and clear communications on everything , the swimming pool was my favourite

nothing

The apartment was clean and spacious. View of the pool and the beach was nice.

The loud music from Deck270 Tapas Ocean Lounge. I feel residence should have a wrist band so that employees don't have to stop you as you are walking to the pool asking questions. There should be some recognition that you are staying there versus the outside walk-ins. Serving buffet breakfast on time should be essential. We had an early flight and we're at the dinning by 7am as that's when we were told breakfast starts. All the food hadn't been brought out. Even by 7:15am...we finally left for the airport as we couldn't wait any longer. That was a huge disappointment to say the least.

The hotel was spotless, the apartment was fantastic, the pool was clean, and the staff good

Although the hotel itself was great,it has a no alcohol policy, which is not stated anywhere,I am of a older generation and like a beer around the pool and a bottle of wine with dinner and am unable to walk far,so this totally ruined my holiday. They even advertised a bar,but they don’t have one,it is owned by another hotel and is often shut for functions
