Bliss Resort

What can i say for a small hotel like this it still should get 4 star its so good from staff to room to a nice view to the indian ocean to the really good food. The owners and Manager should be proud of who they have working for them here. Kenyans are really good people. Hard workers here at bliss. Breakfast including in booking and even though only few options all are done to perfection the tastes and cooked correctially. I would stay again in the future even just to come for lunch or dinner.

Unfortunetially the air con system broke 2 nights on me while i was sleeping but was fixed. The 2 pools are nice but are small in size if bliss could buy more land and be able to expand and increase the pool size on ground floor would be good for tourists. But everything else was perfect.

The hotel is so stunning; loved the waterfalls in the lobby. The rooms are modern, luxurious, comfortable, and clean. The food is very tasty but breakfast needs more protein options. The staff were also very friendly & helpful, especially housekeeping. Overall great value for money. I’d stay there again & recommend it to others.

Impractical design aspects. The bathroom door & shower glass is halfway see through, with no lock. If you’re traveling with kids, friends or non-spouse family members, it’s extremely awkward. The second bed is also secluded without a door, and the AC doesn’t reach there. You have to open the windows overnight which have no security barrier. Considering that the hotel is on the main road. Lastly (not the hotel’s fault) but it is quite a walking distance from the beach onto a busy road. The reviews hadn’t mentioned that detail in full.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel was great with a lot of amenities. It is very nice when staying with kids. I stongly recommend.
