The apartment is in a very good location, easy access to all places, it also has all amenities you need, you can wash clothes if you need, you can cook , buy food and store them in the spacious fridge etc. The comunication with the host was very pleasant and they are fast to answer any questions you might have.
The place is at ground floor, expect to hear noise when people walk past the place, also expect cars to randomly park in front of the place. Note that the apartament is very dark, you cannot open the window,only the front door. At least for me, the mattress was uncomfortable but my friend had no issue sleeping.

The property was clean, had air conditioning and was in a very good location.
No spear set of bedding sheets, pillow cases and towels. No comfy sofa in the main area of the living room.

The location is great. It's great to have a washing and a drying machine for long stays as we did, and the clothes iron as well.
Mostly, the AC, it is positioned at a level under the bedroom, which is on the mezzanine, so the cool air never reaches it. the kitchenette/dinning room get a great cool temperature but the hot air rises to the mezzanine and it gets way too hot.
