To værelser med 2 enkeltsenge i hvert værelse. Og et mindre bord. To separate badeværelser. Lejligheden ligger i et godt hyggeligt kvarter.
Leligheden er en tidligere butik/kontor i stueetagen - direkte i niveau med fortovet. Det vil sige, at man har rullet gardiner for de store 'butiks ' vinduer hele tiden. Man kan ikke lade vinduer stå på klem om natten, eller når man ikke er i lejligheden. Der er to soveværelser, men ingen separat dagligstue

El apartamento está muy limpio, tienes dos baños y pueden dormir 4 adultos sin problemas cada uno en su cama. La cocina tiene de todo y la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo con super, restaurantes y servicios en general. De todas formas tener en cuenta que Berlin es una ciudad extensa y es necesario usar el transporte publico u otros métodos. las camas era cómodas para echar unos dias sin problema.
El apartamento es una antigua oficina, y tiene un despacho, uno de los días apareció una persona y a los 15 min la persona que nos entregó las llaves. No hubo ningún problema porque suponemos que la mujer tenía que trabajar pero al estar en el mismo apartamento sería aconsejable que se avise de esto ya que puede resultar incómodo. Creo que ha sido una falta de comunicación más que otra cosa.

Location and size of apartment are good.
It was very dirty. The floors were sticky. Als all kitchen equipment was dirty. E.g. there was still food of previous users on the knives and glases were sticky. Furniture was old and / or of very cheap quality. My bed was falling apart. For €230 per night you can expect a clean apartment.
