Die Lage
Der Fussboden vor allem war dreckig. Ein Teil vom Geschirr, der Balkon auch. Ein Teil davon wurde nach meiner Meldund am nächsten Vormittag "nachgereinigt". Der Balkon blieb weiterhin unbewohnbar, die Schiebetür zum Balkon klemmte immer noch und Sonneschutz-Vorrichtung, abgewetzt liess sich nicht bewegen, sie flatterte nur hin und her.

Всичко беше перфектно! Чисто, комфортно и приветливо. В близост има хранителни магазини и спирки за градски транспорт, с които бързо се стига до центъра. Организацията по наемане и напускане на жилището е много добра. В апартамента има всичко необходими за един добър предстои.
Единствен недостатък е че апартамента се намира на високо (6 етаж) и няма асансьор.

Dusche war bei Ankunft total verstopft, da müssten wir den Abfluss erst noch reinigen, siehe Fotos. Vor Buchung wäre der Hinweis auf 5. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl sehr hilfreich, da hat man als älteres Ehepaar schon seine Probleme bei An- und Abreise! Kaffeemaschine und Küchengeräte waren sehr unsauber.
