Die Lage ist super. Es ist zwar ein kleiner Ort außerhalb von Rostock, aber im Ort hat man alles Nötige (zudem einen Bäcker, der JEDEN Tag offen hat). Außerdem ist man mit Auto innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten an mehreren Stränden und in 10-15 Minuten in Warnemünde und Rostock (z.B. auch im Zoo). Es ist kein brandneues Haus, aber top gepflegt, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, und man hat alle Privatsphäre die man möchte, obwohl sie auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnen.
Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass es keine Mikrowelle gibt, das steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung.
