This was my third time visiting Bangkok and my third stay at Swana Bangkok Hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient for exploring Bangkok, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it offers great value for money for a stay in the city. I keep coming back every time I visit Bangkok.

Only location
At the check in, the lady was rude and talking not respectful(Did not even say my hello back)
After she saw our European passports, her behavior changed!
Everything is old and everywhere smells like moisture and i was disgusted.
We were 3 people (we and our under 1yo baby) but they gave us 2 towel. We needed another towel and they wanted to charge me 200 bahts! But i already paid for three people (all hotels are free charge of infants). And even 200 bahts is so much for having a towel for a night!
