The host is extremely pleasant, available, informative and thorough. The stocked fridge (water, juice, milk, eggs, yogurt) and snacks upon arrival is exceptional. My 3 sons (17, 15&8) loved that part of our arrival as it became even more special. The beds are comfy, the apartment was spotless. Having 2 bathrooms in Rome is rare and it was fantastic. The location is perfect and walking distance to so many great restaurants and landmarks. The neighborhood is very safe and the building entry is well lit and inviting. The surprise bonus was the freshly delivered croissants to our door in the morning! Wish we had more days to stay at your rental, Alina. Oh! And they offer full size toiletries in the shower!
The ceilings are pretty low. Not a complaint for my family but if you have a family member over 6 feet tall, that may be an issue. The portable a/c units cool off very nicely and quickly but be sure the connection isnt lost from the unit to the window (outflow of air) or you'll be wondering why the apt isn't cooling properly. NO real complaints, just things to be aware of.
