L'emplacement exceptionnel, à 5 minutes à pied de la résidence. Le concierge est extrêmement sympathique et efficace. Il ne se contente pas de vous fournir les clés mais est de vrai bon conseil. C'est le point fort de cette réservation. La climatisation est un vrai plus quand on réserve au Grau du Roy
Bien que nécessaire la climatisation était très âgée et donc compliquée à gérer. Elle fonctionnait en continu quelque soit la température choisie. Le vrai gros point noir c'est la douche. Il m'était totalement impossible de rentrer dedans tellement elle est étroite (voir photo avec une simple bassine qui ne passe pas pour bien se rendre compte...) Pas mal de traces d'humidité dans la douche. Fait "étonnant" un miroir pile en face de la lunette des WC qui fait que l'on se voit en gros plan quand on est dessus... Très déstabilisant.

La situation face au jardin et à la mer et l'exposition qui a protégé le studio des fortes chaleurs. La clarté de l'appartement et l'excellent accueil de la personne qui nous a remis les clés.
La douche est très étroite. Il est précisé que l'appartement dispose d'un balcon. Or, le balcon a été fermé et transformé en salon.
