PORT CAMARGUE – South beach – In a very beautiful Residence, well maintained in a green setting, on the edge of the channel and directly on the beach, fully secured, with private and numbered parking, bike racks.
On the 3rd floor without elevator, very nice p2 of 31m² bright with magnificent view of the channel constitute a living room with sofa convertible in 120cm, a TV and wifi, a kitchen equipped (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven). A bedroom with a double bed in 140cm all overlooking a large loggia of 19m² with a trundle bed in 140cm and a dining room, with large bay window 6 windows allowing to open the loggia on all its length. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Furnished and equipped for 5/6 people
You can take full advantage of the walk along the beach up to the thalassotherapy by way of the south beach shopping center.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Linen kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.

The property was exactly as expected. Very clean and well prepared. Great views from the balcony and enjoyed watching the boosts and people coming and going. Beach very close and very safe for kids.
Accommodation was certainly adequate for a couple but I think it would be pushing it for more than that. Maybe a small family would cope.
Could benefit from a proper oven. We managed.
Would be nice if the agents met you at the property rather than having to go to the agents office to collect the keys and having to return them at the end of the stay.
Overall I would recommend this property for it's position and would happily return again.
