Vermieterin hat bei Fragen sofort geantwortet.
Nichts für einen Aufenthalt, bei dem man selber kochen will.
Nicht einfach zu finden, da Hausnummer nicht angegeben wurde.

Clean little apartment, with nice bathroom, on 5-10 min walk from the town center. Quiet neighborhood.
Decent internet. Suitable for 2, with little baggage. Have water-heater, sandwich-maker and single-hot-plate.
Nice landlady, how had helpful information.
Even though it was early September, it was cold, and apartment did not have heating.
Only small towels provided. No hangers for towels in the bathroom.

The accommodation is above expectations. Location is ideal - just near the forest (upper part of the town) and trail to the Black Lake, and in 3 minutes walk to town center and 2 good supermarkets. The room is well styled, everything is new, the both beds are good (not too soft, not too hard). For heating it is possible to use small stove with firewood - is is like a mini chimney.
