Location is perfect .

The heat and the unbearable flies I suppose it’s the climate that attracts those overall we can do better to prevent these will return.

at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim was the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the amazing staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every morning, which made the start of the day very enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff members were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the stay. Overall, these three things made our experience truly memorable and enjoyable

at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim was that the queen bed felt a bit small and was more comfortable for one person rather than two. However, the hotel staff responded very quickly to our request and provided an extra mattress, which made the stay comfortable enough for three people. I really appreciated their helpfulness and prompt service in resolving the issue. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was pleasant, and the staff’s support and hospitality made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Location is good. Room is decently sized and clean.

Some of the staff werent trained upto the mark. For example at check in the lady just handed over the key and asked us to find our way to the room. At breakfast you could see the waiters at live dosa counters touching the dosas with bare hands to check the temperature, the waiters in the breakfast hall didnt have courtesy to wait and let guests pass they would just move through even rubbing shoulders. Orders are not delivered in any particular order we ordered two dosas tog one came on time other had to be reminded after we finished the first same with orange juice. The breakfast spread was decent though, even the service was not bad but the training needs a lot to be desired. A few staff though went out of their way, differently abled staff Vishal was very helpful and forthcoming.
