We stayed here last year as well so we were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom was renovated. The place is spacious and clean, the parking spot in front of the building is super useful. The wifi works really well.
The bed is a bit uncomfortable, but nothing too bad. We reported that the light above the bed is not working so they should be fixing that shortly. There is a lot of construction going on around the building so it gets a bit noisy especially in the morning. Generally the kitchen is well stocked so we were really surprised that it seems someone stole the spoons :/

The property was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was there that you could want. The apartment was on the 4th floor, and there was a very smart lift. The property came with it's own parking space, that was needed, as parking in Kavala was a nightmare.
The only small downside was that there was no overhead shower, just one on the wall. Also there was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. A shelf would be ideal.
