Ammoudara Bay Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ammoudara Bay Villa. The villa was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Maria was a very attentive host, flexible with our check in and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants the area. The welcome bottle of wine and cake were a lovely touch! We loved our early morning swims at the beach just across the road and the barbecue was a huge plus for us to enjoy dinners with a sea view. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay near Agios Nikolaus!

Nothing - It was all great!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, and we really appreciated having bathrobes and slippers available. The local shower gels smelled absolutely divine. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the terrace with a sea view made our mornings incredibly peaceful. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Maria is a fantastic host. She welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake, and communication with her was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely experience and we would happily return.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the door handles were squeaky.

Excellent location, very comfortable villa. Maria was an excellent host, very helpful and arranged transfers and hire car - a great holiday.

The villa was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms. It could comfortably sleep 7 (we were a family of 4). The living area and kitchen were also spacious and well appointed. The outdoor spaces were incredible -balconies with sea views, a deck with a table and bbq (also with views), and the pool area. The kids loved spending time in the pool each day after we returned from the beach. It was a quick drive to the beach (5 min) or agios nikolas (10 min). There was also a beach across the street, but it was a bit rough when we were there (although it was lovely to gaze upon from the villa!). I would definitely recommend!
