Very comfortable rooms, and super well located. Beautifully decorated.
Spotless clean.
There is no reception in the building. Check-in takes place in another building, although only about 200m away.

We only stayed one night, so for us the accommodation was all we needed. Bed, shower, fridge and kettle. Room was small, but clean.
For families with babies - we had our 11 months old baby with us, we were leaving our stroller downstairs in the hallway as there is a lot of steep steps and no lift. For us it was ok, we didn’t mind though…
We appreciate the baby cot, that was prepared for us, even though we didn’t request it. However, one side was broken so it didn’t lock up and so we weren’t using it just in case it would colaps or something…
Great location, we really enjoyed that. The ladies in the agency could show people direction though, instead of just marking it on a paper map, as it is right there. When I put the address in my GPS it went a bit bannanas and sent me the opossite direction so I ended walking a bit more than necessary. But that wasn’t an issue for me, just saying :)
Otherwise great place, I would stay again.
The aircon was on full blast when we got in, so it was like walking into a fridge. I know some people like that, but it was October, not so hot outside/inside and we came with a baby so not great coming from warm temperature outside to this “fridge” with her.
Just my personal thought - I did not like the disposable soaps and shower gels. So much waste! Especially with short stays. A nice refill container at the sink and shower with universal shampoo/shower gel would do the same job wihout so much plastic packages and barely touched soaps wasted.

The layout of the room. The cleanliness and the proximity to the centre of the town.
The interaction of one of the staff members on arrival. The office was not clearly signed and when I pointed this out nicely one of the staff was very difensive and a bit reactive instead of being apologetic.
The internet was quite unreliable. I appreciate that under normal circumstances one might not need the Internet as much. But we had torrential rain grey skies and a terrible television service. It would be nice seeing that you have a lot of international customers to have at least one English speaking channel, or at the very least, normal Italian television which normally gives you the option to watch films or watch some programs in their original language.
We were both trying to do some work and that was often impossible.

Location, good air conditioning and clean
Reception staff could have more helpful. Towels not changed everyday. Shower is inconvenient. Do not take any tips from the reception, go straight to the office of tourism.
