Great rooms in Lavento

Very comfortable rooms, and super well located. Beautifully decorated. Spotless clean.

There is no reception in the building. Check-in takes place in another building, although only about 200m away.

Good accommodation, great location

We only stayed one night, so for us the accommodation was all we needed. Bed, shower, fridge and kettle. Room was small, but clean. For families with babies - we had our 11 months old baby with us, we were leaving our stroller downstairs in the hallway as there is a lot of steep steps and no lift. For us it was ok, we didn’t mind though… We appreciate the baby cot, that was prepared for us, even though we didn’t request it. However, one side was broken so it didn’t lock up and so we weren’t using it just in case it would colaps or something… Great location, we really enjoyed that. The ladies in the agency could show people direction though, instead of just marking it on a paper map, as it is right there. When I put the address in my GPS it went a bit bannanas and sent me the opossite direction so I ended walking a bit more than necessary. But that wasn’t an issue for me, just saying :) Otherwise great place, I would stay again.

The aircon was on full blast when we got in, so it was like walking into a fridge. I know some people like that, but it was October, not so hot outside/inside and we came with a baby so not great coming from warm temperature outside to this “fridge” with her. Just my personal thought - I did not like the disposable soaps and shower gels. So much waste! Especially with short stays. A nice refill container at the sink and shower with universal shampoo/shower gel would do the same job wihout so much plastic packages and barely touched soaps wasted.

Modern clean accommodation near to the beach

The layout of the room. The cleanliness and the proximity to the centre of the town.

The interaction of one of the staff members on arrival. The office was not clearly signed and when I pointed this out nicely one of the staff was very difensive and a bit reactive instead of being apologetic. The internet was quite unreliable. I appreciate that under normal circumstances one might not need the Internet as much. But we had torrential rain grey skies and a terrible television service. It would be nice seeing that you have a lot of international customers to have at least one English speaking channel, or at the very least, normal Italian television which normally gives you the option to watch films or watch some programs in their original language. We were both trying to do some work and that was often impossible.

Great Location, Small Rooms

This appears to be a condo that has been recently converted into 4 small hotel rooms. The rooms are small, but adequate. There isn't any real place to sit down, except a single chair at a desk or on the bed. The location is fabulous, right on one of the main streets in Levanto. You walk out your door and there is anything you may need within a very short distance. The location is also very close to the beach.

It's on the 2nd floor of the building, so there are a lot of stairs to climb.

Great stay in a fantastic room right in the centre of Levento!

We absolutely loved the location. The unit is right in the centre of Levento, giving access to all the restaurants, beaches, walking paths etc and is not far from the train station. Levento itself is one of the best kept secrets on the Cinque Tera Coast and is a far nicer place to stay than any of the Five Towns. We could not have been happier with the location.

The internet did not work initially and then when the router was repaired it was too slow to be effective (first world problem only!)

Located in the town centre. The street gets very busy during the day but it was quitet at night. The check in instructions were very clear. The property is located in the limited traffic zone. The staff has sent us a map with the LTZ and parking lots.

On the weekend, it was very hard to find a parking spot near the property.

Brand new room in clasic renovated building. Very central. Very clean and shiny. It has two levels, another level under the roof, there was no furniture up there yet. But first floor was a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Everything new and shiny.

We had no access to kitchen. But he had a kettle in the room for tea/coffe

Perfect premises but noisy room

The room was really clean and well located in the heart of Levanto. Nice size and everything needed in the room.

The room was super noisy -not the street but the premises-. We could hear the other guest talking, the flush of the WC and the people walking and talking in the corridors. Better isolation is needed if you want to have a relaxing time or good sleep!

Serena was always available to help in any way she could. she was pleasant and went out of her way to be sure to help be get into the apartment and that everything I needed was there. she checked with me and made me feel free to contact her with any questions. Lovely stay in the city center of Levanto

Everything was really clean, new and well put together. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the window is soundproof. The staff was the best, very welcoming and they accommodated us in every sense. Even if it is in one of the main streets it was very quiet during the night and early day hours.

Modern apartment, perfect location in the city center. Both rooms air conditioned. Friendly staff. We had really nice time staying in Levanto.

No hooks for towels in the bathroom, no toilet door lock. WiFi was sluggish. Some days it was quite loudly outside till after midnight (bars/restaurants right nearby)

It was clean new and modern. Very light and airy decor with air conditioning. 👍. The apartment is not on the corner as shown. It is located just up the street. Perfect location just steps to everything.

We were unable to leave our bags easily for a bike tour. But they were helpful finding us a solution. We just felt bad like it was a bother. Overall still amazing

late check in 15:30 and not very fast as there were 4 guests with Apointment at the same hour. I got in my room that was almost 17:00

Pleasantly surprised and looking forward to staying again!

Beautiful corner room-great for us three adults. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, comfortable and modern the place was for our stay. They even had a dishwasher, large fridge and even a washer for clothes (we didn’t use the appliances since we only stayed one night).

It was perfect for us but I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people who can’t climb stairs since there is no elevator

Great place to base yourself for the Cinque Terre

It was in the central part of Levanto, the room was modern and clean, the staff were helpful.

The free WiFi lasted until 1900 then just stopped, it didn't work the second day either - I contacted through the number but got no reply and no assistance. The WiFi is important if you don't understand Italian TV as I can use the phone for stuff. It's not the hotels fault but why does the church have to ring on the hour all night, even though it's muffled it can still be heard.

Wonderful room in Levanto

The location of the room was wonderful, just on the main street, super close to everything in the city. The check in was smooth and staff was very friendly. We did not have internet when we arrived, but they were very quick checking on this. The room was clean and very conformable.
